Steve Alford will be talking a little Hawkeye basketball Monday at 11:30 a.m. (Iowa time) when he meets with the area media in advance of Wednesday night’s Miracel Game at Carver-Hawkeye Arena — the first of two exhibition dates for the Hawkeyes prior to their season opener on Nov. 19 against Western Illinois.
