Grab your hardhat, Hawkeye football fans. The contractors overseeing the renovation project at Kinnick Stadium provided you a bonus today when they delivered additional photography of the work happening at the south end of Iowa’s historic varsity football field.
Visit the photo gallery inside kinnickrenovation.com, the official world wide web site of the renovation project at Kinnick Stadium and you’ll go underground to what will eventually be the new lockerroom for the Iowa Hawkeyes and you’ll have an upclose look at the tunnel that the team will use to enter and exit the playing field
And, finally, you’ll get a glimpse at what the south bleachers will look like when completed thanks a picture of the start of the installation of the precast concrete that will give shape to the grandstand.
