CORVALLIS, OR – The Iowa GymHawks placed fourth Friday night at Oregon State. Other teams competing included Florida and Brigham Young.
Senior Kortny Williamson had the best vault and beam scores for Iowa, with 9.750 and 9.675, respectively. Senior Liz Grajewski finished with the top floor and bars scores for the Hawkeyes, posting a 9.725 on the floor and 9.650 on bars.
The Hawkeyes finished with an overall team score of 188.050 for fourth place, while Florida took first place with a score of 193.575, Oregon State placed second with 192.200, and Brigham Young came in third with 190.075.
The GymHawks will compete next at LSU on Friday, January 20th. Competition is set to begin at 7 p.m.
