LAST TIME OUT — The Iowa men’s golf team tied for 10th at the Bruce Fossum Invitational Sunday afternoon. Iowa and Ball State carded a three-round score of 898 (+34) to tie for 10th – both teams finished only one stroke behind ninth-place Wisconsin (987, +33). Andy Tiedt and Jon Feldick paced the Hawkeyes, with Tiedt tying for 22nd (222, +6) and Feldick finishing in a tie for 28th (224, +8).

HEAD COACH Terry Anderson — Anderson is in his 13th year as Iowa’s head coach. Anderson was a four-year letterman at Iowa State. He also serves as the Director of Golf at Iowa’s Finkbine Golf Course. He was named the PGA Golf Professional of the Year for the Iowa PGA Section in 1998 and 2004.
QUOTING COACH ANDERSON — “This is the biggest tournament of the season and it seems like the entire season is predicated on this one weekend. The Big Ten field is very tough and we’ll have to have all five guys play well.”
