Hawkeyes Take 11th In Big Ten Championships

COLUMBUS, OH – The University of Iowa men’s golf team completed competition at the 2007 Big Ten Championships Sunday at the Ohio State University Scarlet Golf Course. The Hawkeyes finished 11th with a final score of 1256. Minnesota and Michigan State tied for first place with scores of 1192.

Sophomore Cole Peevler carded a 78 in the final round to finish tied for 27th as Iowa’s highest finisher. Junior Dan Holterhaus tied for 34th with a final score of 309. Junior Adam Miller finished tied for 48th with a score of 315. Sophomore Zack Anderson shot an 83 in the final round and finished in 54th place. Junior Scot Glasford came in 55th with a total score of 335.

This concludes Iowa’s 2007 season.
