Hawkeyes Fall in Season Finale

LINCOLN, NE– The University of Iowa men’s gymnastics team fell Saturday night against No. 6 Minnesota and No. 9 at the Bob Devaney Sports Center. The Hawkeyes scored 345.700 in their final meet of the regular season and the Golden Gophers won with a 352.150.

With a 16.000 Matt McGrath tied for first on vault. Ben Ketelsen led Iowa for the second straight weekend on floor exercise, tying for second. (15.350)

Adam Wilson placed sixth to the lead way for the Black and Gold on pommel horse. (13.500) Reid Urbain led Iowa on rings, tying for second(14.800) and Anton Gryshayev placed sixth (14.500) Jonathan Buese tied for second on horizontal bar (15.00) and led Iowa on parallel bars, placing fifth (14.350).

The Hawkeyes will compete next April 2-3 at the Big Ten Championships, being hosted by Ohio State.
