IOWA CITY, Iowa — The Big Ten Network will debut its documentary featuring the 1985 Iowa football team, looking at the greatest teams in league history. The one-hour special debuts Saturday at 3 p.m. (CT).
This one-hour show gives a dynamic look at the Big Ten Championship and Rose Bowl season, as well as the inherent causes and effects. Among the people interviewed are former UI head coach Hayden Fry, kicker Rob Houghtlin and longtime Iowa fans from the iconic Hamburg Inn No. 2.
The Big Ten Elite episode also airs at 4:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. Saturday and again at 6 p.m. Sunday.
