IOWA CITY, Iowa — Thirteen University of Iowa Wrestlers are set to compete Saturday and Sunday at the U23 World Team Trials in Akron, Ohio.
All 13 Hawkeyes are vying for positions on the United States U23 freestyle team that competes at the U23 World Championships in Bucharest, Romania, on Nov. 12-18.
Competition begins Saturday at 8:30 a.m. (CT), and continues through the quarterfinals at 3 p.m. The semifinals, medal matches, and best-of-three finals begin Sunday at 9:30 a.m. A live video stream and complete results are available at FloWrestling.org.
