IOWA CITY, IOWA — The University of Iowa field hockey team has earned the 2019 Zag Field Hockey/NFHCA Division I National Academic Team Award for the third consecutive year, the National Field Hockey Coaches Association announced Tuesday.
The Division I National Academic Team Award recognizes programs that earned a team GPA of 3.0 of higher during the fall semester of the 2019-20 academic year. Iowa is one of 73 programs to receive the award.
