Hawk2Hawk: Rick Heller

Hawkeye Fan Shop — A Black & Gold Store | 24 Hawkeyes to Watch 2019-20 | Hawk Talk Monthly

IOWA CITY, Iowa — Rick Heller is enduring his first spring without baseball in about 40 years. The University of Iowa head coach misses being on the diamond and being with the guys the most, but is staying connected with his team through group chats and Zoom meetings. He’s also cherished the time he’s able to spend with his family at home.

Heller sat down for a Hawk2Hawk with Laura VandeBerg to talk more about the team’s hot 10-5 start, what could have been, and what’s next for Iowa baseball.
