High School — five-time all-conference… member of conference champion 400-meter relay junior year… earned academic all-conference and presidential award junior year, and was named team captain senior year… best marks were 12.64 in 100 meters, 27.4 in 200 meters, 58.01 in 400 meters and 16-7 1/4 in long jump… won 100 and 200 meters at 2008 Iowa Games, running on winning 1,600-meter relay and placing second in 400 meters… ran on winning 1,600-meter relay at 2008 AAU Regionals… lettered four years in track, two in soccer and one in cross country… four-year honor roll student… coached by Kari Lane, Paula Nemmers-Skarich, Dave Williams, Bernie Peters, Dan Brown and Wendy Hamann.
