2009 — Indoor – ran season bests in 60 meters (8.05) at Iowa Invite and 200 meters (27.02) at Iowa State Classic… Outdoor – ran season bests in 100 meters (12.76) at Messersmith Invite and 200 meters (26.63) at Lee Calhoun Memorial.
High School — won 14 medals at state track meet… won 100 meters, placed second in 200 meters and as part of 400-meter relay at state meet senior year… seven-time conference champion, earning all-state and all-district honors four times… set school records in 100 and 200 meters, and as part of 400 and 800-meter relays… ran on 800-meter relay that set record at 2008 senior all-star meet… lettered four years in track, four in basketball, three in volleyball and three in softball… her softball team placed second at the state tournament her freshman year and third her sophomore year… played on state qualifier basketball team junior year… National Honor Society member… coached by Brent Sands.
