2019 — Indoor – placed third in mile at Hawkeye Invite (4:12.25) and 5,000 meters at Meyo Invite (14:24.11)… ran 3,000 meters at Iowa State Classic (8:15.32)… Outdoor – ran 1,500 meters at Bryan Clay Invite (3:51.07) and Musco Twilight (3:55.51)… ran 800 meters at Baldy Castillo Invite (1:55.17)… ran collegiate-best 5,000 meters at Drake Relays (14:17.49)… academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner… Cross Country – Iowa’s second finisher at NCAA Regional, placing 39th with a collegiate-best 31:51.4 (10,000 meters)… competed in six of seven races… posted collegiate bests at Hawkeye Invite (18:36.4-6,000 meters) and Pre-Nationals (24:43.4-8,000 meters)… Iowa’s B1G Sportsmanship Award honoree… academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2018 — Track – redshirted… Indoor – ran mile at Black & Gold Premier (4:19.57) and Hawkeye Invite (4:20.51), and 3,000 meters at Wieczorek Invite (8:44.41) while competing unattached… Outdoor – ran 1,500 meters at Musco Twilight (3:57.86) and Kip Janvrin Open (4:00.74) while competing unattached… Cross Country – competed in four of six races… ran collegiate bests at the Hawkeye Invitational (19:10.6-6,000 meters), Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational (25:25.8-five miles), and NCAA Pre-Nationals (25:39.5-8,000 meters)… academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2017 — Cross Country – competed at Hawkeye Invite (19:27.4-6,000 meters) and Woody Greeno Invite (27:44.8-8,000 meters)… also ran unattached at Bradley Invite (27:00.6-8,000 meters) and Joe Piane Notre Dame Invite (27:06.7-5 miles)… letterwinner.

High School — seven-time all-sectional in cross country and track… four-time all-conference in cross country and track… Rookie of the Year as a freshman in track and cross country… two-time team MVP… all-state as a senior… set school records three miles, 1,600 meters, and as part of 3,200-meter relay… four-time scholar athlete award winner, three-time Illinois state scholar… Academic Excellence Award and Seal of Biliteracy (2017)… AP Scholar with honors (2016)… National Honor Society member.

Personal — born February 20, 1999… son of Susan Freeze and Patrick Healy… high school coaches were Jeff Purdom, Ryan Stapinski, and Ross Widinski… biomedical engineering major.
