2017 — Track – redshirted… Indoor – ran 3,000 meters at Black & Gold Premier (9:00.88) and mile at Iowa Open (4:24.71) while competing unattached… Outdoor – ran 3,000 meters at Musco Twilight (9:00.58) while competing unattached… Cross Country – ran at Hawkeye Invite (19:25.8-6,000 meters) and Woody Greeno Invite (27:14.5-8,000 meters)… also competed unattached at Joe Piane Notre Dame Invite (26:28.6-5 miles) and Bradley Classic (26:31.8-8,000 meters)… academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.
2016 — Cross Country – ran collegiate bests in 6,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (19:20.6) and 8,000 meters at Illinois State Invite (26:36.88).
High School — two-time elite all-conference, team MVP and team captain in cross country… three-time all-conference in cross country and track… set school record as part of 3,200-meter relay (8:00.2)… academic elite all-state senior year, earning academic all conference honors three years… National Honor Society member… coached by Tim Tebrink and Lee Hammerand.
