2021 — Indoor – placed third in shot put with a team-leading and season-best 60-8 (18.49m) at Husker Quad… that mark ranks ninth all-time at Iowa… placed eighth in shot put at B1G Championships (59-10 1/4,18.24m)… Outdoor – placed third in shot put with a team-leading and season-best 60-4 1/2 (18.40m) at Wisconsin B1G Invite… posted season bests in discus at B1G Husker Invite (170-9, 52.04m) and hammer throw at B1G Florida Invite (179-10, 54.81m)… letterwinner.
2020 — competed for Iowa Central Community College… placed sixth in shot put at national indoor meet earning All-America honors… regional shot put champion… top shot put mark was 56-2 3/4 (17.13m).
2019 — competed for Indian Hills Community College… three-time All-American… placed sixth in shot put at national indoor meet and second at regional indoor meet… placed fourth in discus and fifth in shot put at national outdoor meet… placed second in shot put and third in discus at regional outdoor meet… best marks were (52-9 1/4, 16.08m) in indoor shout put, 54-4 3/4 (16.58m) in outdoor shot put and 180-6 (55.03m) in discus.
High School — conference shot put champion senior year (52-4)… placed fourth in shot put (53-7 3/4) and ninth in discus (153-7) at state meet senior year… two-time all-district honoree, earning all-conference, and all-state honors senior year… coached by Andrew Troxel and Erin Benner… also competed in football, basketball and baseball, earning first-team all-district honors in football and first-team all-conference honors twice in baseball.
