Why Iowa… I choose Iowa because of all the many opportunities that are available here and the loving and family environment.

My favorite aspect of rowing is… The feeling you get knowing you are a part of the team and being on the water racing.

What made you want to become a rower… I wanted to become a rower once I went to the rowing clinic here at the University of Iowa. I was a gymnast and one of my former teammates became a rower here and told me how amazing it was, so I gave it a try and loved it.
