Ashley joined Iowa Athletics as Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach on July 3, 2023. Ashley most recently served as an Assistant Athletic Performance Coach at the University of California – San Diego and prior to that, Ashley was a Sports Performance Assistant at the University of California – Santa Barbara. Ashley holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of San Francisco and an M.S. in Kinesiology from Point Loma Nazarene University.
