2022 — Track – did not compete… Cross Country – Iowa’s second finisher at Illini Open (37th-28:02.5-8,000 meters)… ran season bests in 6,000 meters at B1G Preview (20:12.5) and 8,000 metst at Gans Creek Classic (25:46.7)… Academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.
2021 – Cross Country – competed in five of six season races… ran season bests in 6,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (19:12.1), 8,000 meters at Gans Creek Invite (25:19.1), and 5.2 miles at B1G Championships (27:21.12).
High School — two-time all-section and all-conference honoree in cross country, earning all-conference honors in track senior year… won conference 1,600-meter title (4:19.89) senior year… team captain in cross country and track senior year… helped team to runner-up finish at state cross country meet junior year… four-year letterwinner in cross country and track… two-time academic all-state in track… coached by Jeff Lindlief and Eric Gahr.
