2023 — Indoor – did not compete… Outdoor – ran season-best 800 meters at Jim Duncan Invite (2:00.95), while competing unattached.

2022 — Indoor – ran lead leg on distance medley relay that placed seventh at B1G Championships (9:49.95). ran season bests in 800 meters at Meyo Invite (1:51.06), 1,000 meters at Jimmy Grant Invite (2:25.85), and mile at ISU Classic (4:10.49)… Outdoor – ran season bests in 800 meters at Pepsi Florida Relays (1:53.40), 1,500 meters at Bryan Clay Invite (3:44.71), and 5,000 meters at B1G Championships (14:33.67)… ran lead leg on team-leading distance medley relay that placed third at Drake Relays in 9:47.73… that time ranks fifth all-time at Iowa… letterwinner… Cross Country – Iowa’s third finisher at Redbird Invite (37th-26:22.7-,8000 meters)… ran season bests in 6,000 meters at Hawskeye Invite (20:07.7) and 8,000 meters at Gans Creek Classic (25:32.4)… letterwinner.

 

2021 — Indoor – placed eighth in mile at B1G Championships (4:09.48), running a collegiate-best and team-leading 4:04.21 in prelims… the prelims time ranks third all-time at Iowa… ran lead leg on team-leading distance medley relay that placed seventh at B1G Championships (9:42.16)… that time ranks third all-time at Iowa… ran collegiate bests in 600 meters at Larry Wieczorek Invite (1:21.19) and 800 meters at Husker Quad (1:54.38)… Outdoor – won 800 meters with a season-best 1:51.96 at B1G Florida Invite… ran a team-leading and collegiate-best 3:43.42 in 1,500 meters at Fighting Illini B1G Relays… that time ranks third all-time at Iowa… letterwinner… Cross Country – one of six Hawkeyes to compete in all six races… Iowa’s second finisher at NCAA Midwest Regional, placing 52nd with a season-best 31:38.71 (10,000 meters), and at B1G Championships, placing 54th in a season-best 26:11.3 (5.2 miles)… ran season bests in 6,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (19:07.4) and 8,000 meters at B
