2023 — Indoor – second-team All-American in 60-meter hurdles, placing 12th in 7.83… won 60-meter hurdles (7.69) and ran 60 meters (6.87) at Jimmy Grant Invite… won 60-meter hurdles at Iowa Open with a team-leading 7.69… placed fourth in 60-meter hurdles at B1G Championships (7.75)… Outdoor – placed eighth in 110-meter hurdles at B1G Championships (14.01), running a season-best 13.79 in prelims… placed second in 110-meter hurdles (13.87) and ran 100 meters (10.80) at Desert Heat Classic… placed 28th in 110-meter hurdles at USATF Championships (14.29)… Academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2022 — Indoor – second-team All-American in 60-meter hurdles, placing 15th in 7.84 at NCAA Championships… placed second in 60-meter hurdles at B1G Championships with a team-leading 7.72… ran season-best 60 meters (7.07) at Larry Wieczorek Invite… Outdoor – ran lead leg on winning and school record-setting shuttle hurdle relay at Drake Relays (56.74)… ran collegiate-best 13.66 in 110-meter hurdles at NCAA West Prelimiary, which ranks eighth all-time at Iowa… placed sixth in 110-meter hurdles at B1G Championships (13.74) and 29th at USATF Championships (14.14)… won 110-meter hurdles (13.81), and ran season bests in 100 meters (10.76) and 200 meters (22.77) at Jim Click Shootout… Academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2021 — Indoor – did not compete… Outdoor – ran season bests in 110-meter hurdles at Billy Hayes Invite (13.94) and 200 meters at Fighting Illini B1G Relays (21.90)… Academic All-Big Ten… Dean’s List student (Fall 2020)… letterwinner.

 

2020 — Indoor – ran collegiate-best 7.86 at Sevigne Husker Invite… that time ranks ninth all-time at Iowa… USTFCCCA all-academic team member.

High School — three-time conference champ in the 110 and 300-meter hurdles… two-time conference champion in the 100-meter dash and 200-meter dash… three-time district champion in the 110 and 300-meter hurdle… state champion in the 110-meter hurdles his senior year…holds the St. James’ school record in the 110-meter hurdles, 110-meter dash, 200-meter dash, 300-meter hurdles, and the high jump… competed in the USATF U20 Outdoor Championships and placed seventh in 2018 and 2019… had the USA second best all conditions time in the 110-meter hurdles with a 13.46 and 12th in the 60-meter hurdles (7.92)… two-time USATF U20 All-American… member of National Honor Society.

Personal — born Sept. 12, 2000… son of Kevin and Teresa Conway … has two siblings, Addison and Tyler… sport and recreation management major.
