Watch Bluder Live

IOWA CITY, Iowa — Iowa head women’s basketball coach Lisa Bluder will meet the media at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday morning at Carver-Hawkeye Arena. Bluder will touch on her team’s current five-game winning streak and Friday’s contest against Ohio State at the 2011 Big Ten Tournament.

Bluder’s news conference will be available live and exclusively from start to finish to subscribers of Hawkeye All-Access, the multi-media mortal inside hawkeyesports.com, the official World Wide Web site of the Iowa Hawkeyes.

The Hawkeyes enter postseason play having won five straight games, which includes a 93-79 victory at Indiana on Sunday. The 93 points were a season-high. Iowa got 28 points from sophomore Jaime Printy and 27 points and 10 rebounds from Kachine Alexander in the triumph.

Iowa, the No. 4 seed, heads to Indianapolis and Conseco Fieldhouse for a Friday night match-up against fifth-seeded Ohio State. The Hawkeyes and Buckeyes split the regular season meetings with both teams defending their home courts. Iowa downed Ohio State 89-76 on Jan. 8 in Iowa City before the Buckeyes won in Columbus, 81-67.
