2011 — Indoor – did not compete… Outdoor – won 1,500 meters at Cornell Open (4:02.10) and placed fourth in 5,000 meters at LSU Invite (15:32.72)… Cross Country – placed 10th at Iowa Invite (26:56-8,000 meters) and competed at Roy Griak Invite (27:31-8,000 meters)… letterwinner.

2010 — Indoor – ran a season-best mile at the ISU Classic (4:10.31)… Outdoor – ran a collegiate-best 5,000 meters at Big Ten Championships (14:14.45), a time that ranks 10th all-time at Iowa… ran a collegiate-best team-leading 3,000 meters (8:28.64) at the Tiger Track Classic… ran second leg on eighth place 6,400-meter relay at Drake Relays (17:01.46), which ranks second all-time at Iowa… posted a third place finish in the 1,500 meters at Musco Twilight XI (3:51.31)… won 3,000 meters at Iowa Invitational (8:30.57)… ran a collegiate-best 800 meters at Iowa Invitational (1:57.02)… academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner… Cross Country – ran a collegiate best 8,000 meters at Bradley Classic (24:59), finishing 31st… placed 56th at NCAA Regional with a collegiate-best 31:25 (10,000 meters)… placed sixth at Hawkeye Invite (19:31-6,000 meters) and 61st at Big Ten Championships (25-19-8,000 meters)… academic All-Big Ten… team earned USTFCCCA all-academic honors… letterwinner.

2009 — Indoor – ran collegiate bests in 800 meters (1:57.69) at Iowa Open and mile (4:09.47) at Big Ten Championships… also ran mile at Iowa State Classic (4:14.88), Meyo Invite (4:15.84), Jack Johnson Classic (4:16.37) and against Illinois (4:17.21)… Outdoor – led team in 1,500 meters (3:51.01) and ran lead legs on team-leading distance medley (10:02.91) and 6,400-meter relays (17:17.63)… the 6,400-meter relay ranks eighth all-time at Iowa… ran collegiate-best 1,500 meters (3:51.01) at John McDonnell Invite… placed fourth in 1,500 meters (3:51.49) and sixth in 3,000 meters (8:32.10) at Tiger Track Classic… also ran 1,500 meters at Big Ten Championships (3:58.11)… letterwinner… placed sixth in the men’s 1,500 meters (3:53.31) at the USATF Outdoor Junior National Championships… Cross Country – ran season-best 19:05 (6,000 meters) at Hawkeye Invite for fourth place… placed 13th at ISU Intercollegiate (26:42), 68th at Big Ten Championships (27:20) and 77th at Wisconsin Adidas Invite (25:30)… also ran at NCAA Pre-Nationals (26:01)… academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2008 — Cross Country – ran collegiate-best 8,000 meters (25:08) at Auburn Invite and season-best 6,000 meters (19:29) at Hawkeye Invite… also competed at Roy Griak Invite (25:50) and Big Ten Championships (26:42)… team earned USTFCCCA all-academic honors… letterwinner.

High School — placed third in 1,600 meters (4:14.02) at state track meet senior year… placed 12th at Class 2A state cross country meet as a senior (14:41)… three-time conference champion… six-time all-conference, earning three honors in cross country and three in track… three-time all-area in track… three-time all-state, earning two all-section and one all-region honor… set school records in indoor 3,200 meters (9:29.9) and outdoor 1,600 meters (4:14.02), and ran on school record-setting indoor 3,200-meter relay (8:03.04)… two-year competitor on varsity swimming team… four-year academic all-conference and honor roll student… coaches were Nate Roe, Don Helberg, Jeff Potter and Pete Macabobby.
