The University of Iowa Athletic Ticket Office will be holding a customer service open house Saturday, prior to the spring football festivities. Customer service representatives will be on hand to take season ticket renewals and to guide customers through the online renewing process. Prospective new ticket buyers may also purchase season tickets at that time. The ticket office, at the north entrance of Carver Hawkeye Arena, will be open from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. Fans are asked to enter the arena through the north doors.
