IOWA CITY, Iowa – Three University of Iowa field hockey student-athletes have been named National Field Hockey Coaches Association All-West Region selections, it was announced Wednesday by the NFHCA.
The 16th-ranked University of Iowa field hockey team fell against No. 5 Maryland, 0-1 (4-3 S/O), on Sunday at the Field Hockey and Lacrosse Complex in the quarterfinals of the Big Ten Tournament.
IOWA CITY, Iowa — University of Iowa student-athletes Jay Higgins (football) and Dionne van Aalsum (field hockey) were named October’s Student-Athletes of the Month, the Iowa Student-Athlete Advisory Committee announced.
