Two members of the University of Iowa women’s soccer team – sophomore Sofia Bush and graduate Maggie Johnston – earned United Soccer Coaches All-North Region honors, it was announced Wednesday by United Soccer Coaches.
The University of Iowa soccer team fell to Virginia Tech, 1-0, on Sunday night at Wallis Annenberg Stadium in the Round of 16 in the NCAA Tournament. The Hawkeyes season comes to a close in the Sweet 16 with a final record of 15-3-4.
