IOWA CITY, Iowa – University of Iowa sprinters Jordan Gross, Dymonde Nave, Blake Nyenati and Izzy Zahn earned Big Ten Athlete of the Week recognition, the league announced on Wednesday afternoon.
University of Iowa track and field won 11 titles at the season-opening Jimmy Grant Invitational on Saturday.
The Hawkeyes begin the 2025-26 indoor track and field campaign by hosting the Jimmy Grant Invitational on Friday and Saturday. The heptathlon begins Friday at 1 p.m. (CT) at the Hawkeye Indoor Track Facility. The meet continues on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at the ITF, while throws take place at 11 a.m. at the HTRC.
