100 Hawkeyes Named Fall Academic All-Big Ten
One hundred University of Iowa student-athletes have been named to the 2025 Big Ten Fall Academic All-Conference team. The list includes student-athletes from men’s cross country (7), women’s cross country (10), field hockey (13), football (43), women’s soccer (17) and volleyball (10).
Hawkeyes End Season With 3 Season Bests at NCAA Midwest Regional
The University of Iowa cross country team wrapped up the 2025 season Friday morning at the NCAA Midwest Regional at the Greiner Family OSU Cross Country Course. Sophomore Elena Torres led the women’s squad, while redshirt sophomore Luke Knepp paced the Hawkeye men. The men finished 15th with 430 points, and the women placed 16th with 424 points.

University of Iowa cross country travels to the NCAA Midwest Regional Friday morning at the The Greiner Family OSU Cross Country Course in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The women’s 6,000-meter race kicks off competition at 10:30 a.m., with the men’s 10,000-meter race to follow.
