University of Iowa gymnastics head coach Jen Llewellyn announced the signing of Sophie Cassese, Lindsey Merdes, Mackenzie Osborne, Leah Urnikis and Sydney Williams for 2026.
The University of Iowa gymnastics program released its 2026 schedule on Wednesday, it was announced by head coach Jen Llewellyn. All five of the Hawkeyes' home meets will be held in Carver-Hawkeye Arena.

The Hawkeyes finished the 2025 season ranked 26th in the nation with a national qualifying score (NQS) of 196.430. Iowa finished in fifth-place at Big Ten Championships and the regular season after being picked to finish 10th in the preseason.
