It’s a busy day inside Hawkeye All-Access, the multi-media are of hawkeyesports.com, the official world wide web site of the Iowa Hawkeyes.

Available at 10 a.m., subscribers to All-Access are invited to learn about the new assistant coaches now on Larissa Libby’s staff and what the 2005-06 season holds in store for Libby’s University of Iowa women’s gymnastics team in today’s installment of “Inside Iowa.”

BLACK OUT SATURDAY

Fans of the Iowa Hawkeyes are encouraged to wear black on Saturday, Oct. 22, when the Hawkeyes entertain Michigan in the first-ever ‘Black Out Saturday” event at the UI.

At 10:30 a.m., subscribers are invited to watch live Lisa Bluder talk about the 2005-06 University of Iowa women’s basketball team and the coming season, a campaign that officially tips off Saturday at 8 a.m. with the staging of the 2005 edition of “Hoop It Up!” inside Carver-Hawkeye Arena.

Fans attending the annual event of Bluder’s Bunch will have the opportunity to register to win four outdoor club seats in the new press box of Kinnick Stadium for next year’s season opener. All fans checking out the action in the Arena will be presented a door prize compliments of the Hawkeyes and randomly selected fans will win season tickets, pairs of tickets to select games of the Hawkeyes and other black-and-gold prizes.

At 11 a.m., Bob Brooks visits with UI offensive lineman Marshal Yanda in today’s installment of “The Brooks Brothers.”

And, finally, tonight at 7, fans of the Hawkeyes are invited to join the radio voice of the Iowa Hawkeyes, Gary Dolphin, and Kirk Ferentz in this week’s edition of “Hawk Talk with Kirk Ferentz,” the weekly radio show of Iowa’s head football coach live from Carlos O’Kelly’s Mexican Café in Iowa City.
