IOWA CITY — University of Iowa diver Nancilea Underwood earned her third career Big Ten Women’s Diver of the Week award today. The senior from Spring, TX, won the one-meter (307.35) and was runner-up in the three-meter (261.23) in Iowa’s triangular with Wisconsin and Wisconsin-Milwaukee last week. The Hawkeyes fell to the Badgers, 78-164, and defeated the Panthers 172-71.
Underwood and the Hawkeyes will host Minnesota in a co-ed meet Friday at the Field House Pool in Iowa City. Meet time is scheduled for 4 p.m.
