The University of Iowa Athletics Department seeks applications for assistant field hockey coach.
Responsibilities: Assist in the coaching and administration of a highly successful Division I intercollegiate women’s field hockey program; recruit on a national level as permitted by NCAA rules; perform other duties as assigned by the head coach.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Other required qualifications include: Knowledge of NCAA recruiting rules; proven leadership ability; organizational, administrative, and communication skills necessary to conduct a highly successful Division I field hockey program; coaching experience at the collegiate or elite level. Preferred qualifications include: minimum of two years collegiate coaching experience; demonstrated success in recruiting at the Division I level; National Squad or elite level playing experience
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Terms of Employment: 12 month appointment.
