CHAMPAIGN, IL —
The University of Iowa women’s golf team is in second place in the 36-hole Illini Spring Challenge in Champaign, IL. The Hawkeyes carded 308 (+20) after 18-holes.
Jill Marcum is in first after round one, carding a one over par, 73. Karla Murra is in fourth, carding a three over par, 75. Amy Riepma shot an eight over par, 80, today, to put her in a tie for 29th.
The Hawkeyes will finish the 36-hole tournament Saturday with a shotgun start at 8:30 on the Stone Creek Golf Course in Champaign, IL.
