HOWIE IN THE HILLS, FL – The Iowa men’s golf team competed in the first day of the Mission Inn Collegiate Invitational Saturday. After 36 holes, the Hawkeyes are in 16th place with a team score of 618. Louisville leads the tournament, carding a 567.
Senior Jon Feldick posted rounds of 77 and 74 to lead the Hawkeyes and finish day one tied for 46th place (151). Junior Adam Miller posted a 155 after two rounds to finish tied for 62nd.
The Hawkeyes will finish playing at the Mission Inn Collegiate Invitational Sunday. There is an 8 a.m. shotgun start for the final 18 holes.
