Senior Tammilee Kerr placed third in the pentathlon at the Jack Johnson Classic hosted by the University of Minnesota with a provisionally qualifying performance of 3,908 points.
Kerr posted career bests in the high jump (5-5 ¾), long jump (18-3) and the 800 meter run (2:23.61). She placed first in the 60-meter hurdles (8.68), second in the shot put (37-3 ¾), and third in the high jump, long jump and 800 meter run.
The Jack Johnson Classic will continue Saturday at 9 a.m. (CT).
