The University of Iowa Department of Intercollegiate Athletics is seeking a Premium Services & Stadium Club Coordinator to work under the supervision of the Director of Premium Seating and Stadium Club Operations.
Responsibilities: Assist the Director of Premium Seating on all aspects of premium seating opportunities to ensure the highest quality customer service for premium seating patrons and patrons of the event spaces within athletic department facilities. Assist in the coordination of leasing, renting, scheduling and overall operation of public events held in Kinnick Stadium suite and club spaces. Coordinate catering services, general set-up and AV services while operating as facilities manager for events.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. One to three years of customer service experience and six months to one year of supervisory experience is required. Successful candidates must have excellent oral/written communication skills and a strong desire to work with the public.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of the Paciolan ticketing system and/or EMS scheduling systems is desired, as well as experience in donor relations and/or ticketing services within an NCAA Athletic Department. Preference will be given to candidates who can most effectively meet the administrative and organizational needs of the premium seating/stadium club operation.
Terms of Employment: This is a full-time, 12-month appointment with full University benefits. Salary is $36,886 to commensurate.
