IOWA CITY, Iowa – University of Iowa Director of Strength and Conditioning JC Moreau will host an injury prevention clinic May 7 at the Eastern Iowa Sports Facility in Monticello, Iowa. Coaches and players (grade 4 and up) are invited to attend from 8:30-10 a.m.
The clinic will focus on the mechanics of running, mobility, flexibility, acceleration, deceleration and injury prevention. Admission is $15 per person with $5 per entrance fee donated to Camp Courageous. Coaches and parents with a child in attendance will not be charged admission.
