IOWA CITY, Iowa — The University of Iowa volleyball team will host Western Illinois on Saturday in their final spring competition of 2012. The Hawkeyes will face the Fighting Leathernecks at 2 p.m. on Mediacom Court at Carver-Hawkeye Arena. Admission is free.
Iowa opens the 2012 season Aug. 24-25 hosting the Hawkeye Challenge at Carver-Hawkeye Arena. The Hawkeyes host Chicago State on Friday, Aug. 24 at 12 p.m. in the season opener. Call the UI Athletics Ticket Office at 800-IA-HAWKS for ticket information.
