IOWA CITY, Iowa — The University of Iowa spirit squads will hold the 2013 Summer Kids Cheer and Dance Clinic on Sunday, June 2, in the Field House North Gym. The clinic is open to kids first through sixth grades.
Campers will work on skills in crowd leadership, dance, jumps, partner stunts, and motion technique. Following the conclusion of the clinic, there will be an opportunity for pictures with the Iowa cheerleaders, Iowa dancers and Herky the Hawk.
The cost to attend the clinic is $20 per participant.
