IOWA CITY, Iowa — The University of Iowa spirit squad announced that its annual Fall Spirit Spectacular Championship will take place Sat., Oct, 12, 2013, inside Carver-Hawkeye Arena.
This cheerleading and dance team competition is an all day event and is open to all youth through high school-aged teams, affiliated to their school or with an All-Star program. There is also a dance soloist competition.
Teams will compete in divisions split by level and routine style and also for the Overall Championship. Registration materials can be found by clicking HERE. To register, click HERE.
The competition is open to spectators (an admission fee will be charged at the door), and teams are encouraged to register early as space may fill up.
