IOWA CITY, Iowa — University of Iowa head volleyball coach Bond Shymansky will meet with the media Friday at 1:30 p.m. (CT) in the Media Room inside Carver-Hawkeye Arena.
The press conference will be available live from start to finish on Hawkeye All-Access, the multi-media portal inside hawkeyesports.com, the official worldwide website off the Iowa Hawkeyes.
Shymanksy has renewed excitement for the Iowa volleyball program in his first two years at the helm. Iowa gained national attention in 2015, winning eight straight matches from Sept. 6-19. The streak included back-to-back wins over Iowa State (3-1) — Iowa’s first win over the Cyclones since 1997 — and No. 25 Texas A&M (3-1).
