HEAR FROM COACH SHYMANSKY
“We knew Maryland was a great serving team and that the serve and block combo was going to be tough for us. To get into the fourth set and only have five kills, that’s not acceptable. On the road, you really have to bring everything you have. We needed to fight with more determination. I love what we did in the third set to push it on to the fourth. That was a huge comeback after we were up big and then down big. We just fought and came back. That needs to translate. We have our work cut out for us. We go to Ohio State tomorrow night and we have to play better. We have to give more energy and be more determined.”
