GREENSBORO, N.C. — Junior Will Brenner posted a score of 243.85 off the 1-meter springboard in the prelims of the USA Diving Winter National Championships on Wednesday.
Brenner placed 19th overall; Briadam Herrera of Miami (Florida) won with a score of 356.80 and he claimed the 1-meter title with a 755.00.
Freshman Anton Hoherz will compete next for the Hawkeyes off the platform on Friday afternoon.
