MINNEAPOLIS — The University of Iowa men’s swimming and diving team concluded competition at the NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships on Saturday at the Jean K. Freeman Aquatic Center.

Junior Jack Smith competed in the 100-yard freestyle as well as the 400-yard freestyle relay with junior Matt Kamin, and sophomores Will Scott and Joe Myhre.
 
Smith finished 33rd with an NCAA “B” time of 43.39 in the 100-free before the quartet swam to a 2:53.41 time in the 400-free relay to place 23rd.
 
Iowa finished the NCAA Championships with two team points. The final team placing will be determined after tonight’s finals.
