IOWA CITY, Iowa — University of Iowa freshman defensive specialist Joslyn Boyer was selected for the U.S. Women’s Collegiate National Team – Anaheim roster, USA Volleyball announced Wednesday.
The 28-player roster is comprised entirely of current collegiate players. Boyer joins the team as a libero/defensive specialist.
The Downers Grove, Illinois, native is the first Hawkeye to be named to USA Volleyball’s Collegiate National Team.
The CNT Anaheim team will train in Anaheim at the American Sports Centers June 21-27. The team will compete side-by-side with the U.S. Women’s National Team as it prepares for the Tokyo Olympic Games.
