HEAR FROM DIRECTOR OF TRACK AND FIELD JOEY WOODY
“Paige didn’t have her best race today, but thankfully she made the semifinals. I know she’s excited to perform at a much higher level tomorrow. I’m so excited for Austin, who battled back from some injuries this season, to win the Mexico Championships. He nearly set a national record. He’s in a strong spot heading into the 200 meters on Sunday. James had a tremendous PR jump today in the qualifying round. He is in great position heading into the finals. We are excited for Brittany running a terrific race and punching her ticket to the finals.”

UP NEXT: Magee (100-meter hurdles) and Brown (200 meters) compete in the next round of their respective races, beginning at 7:00 p.m. (CT) at Hayward Field.
