2024 — Cross Country – Ran collegiate bests in 6,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (19:04.5) and 8,000 meters at Gans Creek Classic (25:34.3).
High School — 12-time Region 5A champion… eight-time all-state runner… first four-time regional cross country champion in Virginia’s east coast history… earned Most Outstanding Boys Cross Country award as a senior… part of the 4×800 indoor relay championship in 2021… holds indoor 1,600-meter school record at 4:15.5 in 2024… coached by Kevin Rhue… volunteers as distance coach at Independence Middle School… National Honor Society member…
