2020 — Indoor – ran mile at Black & Gold Invite (5:17.10)… Academic All-Big Ten… Cross Country – Academic All-Big Ten.

2019 — Indoor – ran 1,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (3:04.15), mile at Larry Wieczorek Invite (5:10.42) and 800 meters at Black & Gold Premier (2:21.81). Outdoor – ran 1,500 meters at Florida Relays (4:57.80).

2018 — Cross Country – competed in five of seven races… ran career best at the NCAA Midwest Regional (22:34.0-6,000 meters)… ran 4,000-meter race at the Hawkeye Invitational (15:52.3)… letterwinner.

Prior to Iowa — Seven-time All-Conference honoree, 2016 Girls Catholic Athletic Conference Cross Country Athlete of the Year… Holds 1,600-meter relay school record (3:56.39) from 2015… coached by Abraham Jones, Justin Frierson, and Kelly Malone… competed in 2016 USATF Junior Olympic Championships in the 3,200-meter relay (9:21.80) and won gold… ran fastest 5,000 meters (18:46.40) and 800-meters (2:18.21) at University of Tennessee-Martin during collegiate freshman season.

Personal — Born Dec. 23, 1998… daughter of Sylvia and Steven Bryja… has one sister, Sara Bryja… Sport and Recreation major.
