2024 — Indoor – did not compete… Outdoor –ran season bests in 100 meters at Tom Jones Memorial (12.20) and 200 meters at Jim Click Shootout (24.67).
2023 — Indoor – ran season bests in 60 meters at Razorback Invite (7.85) and 200 meters at Larry Wieczorek Invite (25.35)… Outdoor – ran season bests in 100 meters at Texas Relays (12.03) and 200 meters at ISU Alumni Invite (24.21)… letterwinner.
2022 — competed for the University of Albany… Indoor – runner-up in 60 meters (7.58), placed third as part of 1,600-meter relay (3:46.26), and placed seventh in 200 meters (25.03) at America East Conference Championships… set freshman 60-meter school record (7.58)… Outdoor – ran on conference champion 400-meter relay, placing second in 10 meters (11.92) and third in 200 meters (24.16)… competed for Team Canada at U20 World Championships in Cali, Columbia, placing 20th in 100 meters and 15th in 200 meters.
High School — lettered two years in track & field and field hockey… field hockey regional champion as a junior with Kings Christian Collegiate… coached by Tony Sharpe.
Personal — born June 7, 2003… parents are Bryan and Jill McDermott… has two siblings – Alton and Logan… her brother, Alton, plays hockey at Canisius College… sports recreation and management major.
