2020-21 Honors – Academic All-Big Ten. 2020-21 – Swam season-best times of 2:08.81 (200 breast), 1:54.17 (200 fly) and a career-best 1:54.24 (200 IM).

2019-20 Honors — Academic All-Big Ten selection. 2019-20 — Posted an NCAA “B” qualifying and career-best time in the 400 IM (3:50.43), which ranked second on the team… scored in the 400 IM at the Big Ten Championships, placing 19th (3:50.43)… swam collegiate bests in the 50-free (21.92), 100 free (48.58), 100 breast (56.44), 100 fly (54.90), 200 fly (1:48.58), 200 IM (1:49.01), and 400 IM (3:50.43)… had a season-best time of 2:02.77 in the 200 breast.

2018-19 – Swam to collegiate bests in the 100 breast (58.06) and 200 fly (1:52.30) at the Hawkeye Invitational, followed by career bests in the 200 breast (2:01.95), 200 IM (1:49.27), and 400 IM (3:53.68) at the 2019 Big Ten Championships.

High School — Four-time all-conference selection… three-time all-state selection… two-time All-American… two-time Minnesota state runner-up in the 200 individual medley and 400-free relay… 2018 Minnesota state champion in the 400-free relay and 200-medley relay… led team to 2017 and 2018 state third-place finish… Minnesota state third-place finisher in the 200-medley relay (2017), 200 IM (2017)… 2018 Minnesota WOLF LCM Championships first-place finisher in the 800-free relay, 400 IM, 400-medley relay, 200 IM, 400-free relay, and 200-free relay… mountain biking letter winner… swimming coaches were Megan Hawker and Kim Dahlgren.
