2022 — Cross Country – Iowa’s second finisher at Redbird Invite (26:15.4-34th-8,000 meters)… ran season bests in 6,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (19:09.8) and 8,000 meters at Gans Creek Classic (25:39.7)… letterwinner.
High School — ran on state champion 3,200-meter relay (1:56.69), placing fourth in 800 meters (1:55.40) and 1,600 meters (4:22.57), and seventh in 400 meters (49.93) at state track meet senior year… two-time qualifier for state cross country meet, qualifying for state track meet in seven events… qualified for Drake Relays in three events senior year… track and cross country team MVP senior year, earning first team all-area in both sports… first team all-state and all-district in track and first team all-conference in cross country senior year… set school records in 400 meters (49.90), 800 meters (1:55.31), 1,600 meters (4:20.30), and as part of 3,200-meter relay (7:57.14)… coached by Tom Jasper, Elaina Biechler, and Mark Digmann.
